The Room Rate is $156.00 + tax (King or Double).

TAKE DUE NOTICE:

At the time of booking, your credit card will be charged ONE NIGHT Deposit (room rate +tax).

At the time of check-in, a hold of $150 will be placed on your card for incidentals.

Check in is 3:00PM. Check-out is 11:00AM.

This rate is available until Wednesday, May 6, 2026, or when the block sells out, whichever happens first.
The parking rate is $16 p/day.

Please adhere to the reservation deadline.

Also, the hotel has a 72-hour Cancellation Policy. If the reservation is not cancelled 72 hours in advance of the
arrival date, a cancellation/no show fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged. In addition, if the guest has a
confirmed reservation and leaves earlier than the confirmed check out date, an early departure fee of one night’s room and tax will be charged.

The Hyatt Regency Rochester is a non-smoking hotel.
A charge of $250 will be imposed upon and paid by the violator for any incident.
